Season 5 has wrapped – but as a subscriber you can catch everything in one place. So here’s The Genius Myth, our season closer with the fantastic Helen Lewis. Plus Helen’s deserved Hall of Famer, the magnificently named Constance Bulwer-Lytton.

And here’s The Body is the Statement, our episode on the astonishing Lisa Lyon. You’ve also got a wildly leftfield Hall of Fame nomination from Jet from Gladiators: the 12th century mystic and Renaissance woman 300 years before the Renaissance: Hildegard of Bingen.

Making History Matter was our first live debate – with an old friend of the show, historian Joshua Levine. We cover everything from Trump to, well, Trump . . . And here’s a spruced up Hall of Fame from Josh for the truly unsung hero, Mick Gurmin, SAS before the SAS existed.

Our Useless Mouths episode on Milena and Margarete was truly heartbreaking. A tale of love and loss in the camps, expertly told by Gwen Strauss. I’ve always through I knew about the war and the camps, but this was eye-opening. Plus, Gwen’s Hall of Fame nominee, the awe-inspiring Odette Pilpoul.

The Lost Singer-Songwriter introduced us all to Connie Converse, and her music is simple and beautiful. We hade a blast with the siren from ‘Don’t Leave Me This Way’ Sarah-Jane Morris and her Hall of Famer, Mary Margaret O’Hara, is another mesmeric singer.

Our season-opener proper was The Difficult Conversation, where we spent an afternoon with Nihal Arthanayake talking about Helen Bamber’s mission to quite simply listen. It’s big and deep and complicated – but also great fun! As is Nihal’s Hall of Famer, Minette de Silva.

And here, right at the bottom of the page, are all the subscriber exclusives. Plus our season taster, our collab with the brilliant It’s A Continent, where we got to hear all about Patrice Lumumba.
